Acceptance of Terms
By registering for or using Task Delegate System, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and that you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Description of service
TDS helps teams plan, assign, and track work using clear ownership and the Eisenhower Matrix (Do Now, Schedule, Delegate, Eliminate) on web and mobile. Features may evolve as we improve the product.
Accounts & security
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You agree to provide accurate registration details and keep them up to date.
Acceptable use
You agree to use TDS only for lawful purposes. You must not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt service availability, upload harmful content, or use TDS to harass others or violate any applicable law.
Your content & task data
You retain ownership of the tasks, notes, files, and other content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate and improve Task Delegate System. You are responsible for the legality and accuracy of content you add or assign.
Subscriptions & billing
If paid plans are offered, fees are charged as shown at purchase. Taxes may apply. Renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled as described in our Refund Policy and any plan-specific terms presented at checkout.
Intellectual property
Task Delegate System software, branding, design, and documentation remain our property. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or resell the service except as allowed by law or a written agreement with us.
Service availability
We aim for reliable access to the web dashboard and mobile features, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, updates, or events beyond our control may temporarily affect availability.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Task Delegate System and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.
Termination
You may stop using TDS at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends; provisions that should survive (such as ownership and liability limits) will continue to apply.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of Task Delegate System after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless mandatory local law requires otherwise.
